Return, cancellation and exchange policy

Orders Placed can only be cancelled before shipment and there is no refund and return is available once the order is delivered.
Refunds will be issued in 8-10 working days & Shipping costs will not be refunded.
It is requested to make a video while unboxing for any claims.

Once the parcel is delivered then we will not be able to refund or return the order. We will not exchange opened or used products.

Our refunds can take up-to 8-10 working days based on your bank/payment method working.

Please note: Although we have tried to accurately show the actual color of the products, there may be a slight variation based on the operating system you are using.

Products can only be eligible for exchange if the products received by the customer are deemed to have been received in a damaged / defective state or an incorrect product has been delivered.


Such products can only be returned and exchanged in their original packaging, in an unused and sealed condition. [Opened or used products will not be accepted as returns]
